Referee Program

A day in the life of a CASA referee!

It doesn't get much better than this!

Rec players having fun...

learning more about the "Beautiful Game"...

some spending money at the end of the match!

Many CASA Referees go on to become USSF Referees.  Former CASA referees have worked Youth Matches, Adult Amateur Matches and Professional Matches all across the United States .

New Referee Training will be Held in March 2012

The next training for the CASA "Grow Our Own Refs" Program will take place Monday and Tuesday - March 19 & 20, 2012.  Classes will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 PM each night in the CASA office at Ranger Park.  You must attend both nights of training.

The program is open to all CASA players the year they will turn 12 (and older).  Successful graduates are eligible to referee CASA recreational games. Young refs are assigned to games of players at least 2 years younger than the ref.

There is no registration fee for this program; however, the class size is limited to 30 participants.  Pre-Registration is required.  To register your child please send an email to Fred Landau flandau@comcast.net with the child's name, date of birth and a home telephone number.

You must be registered with CASA at some time during the current program year to participate in the "Grow Our Own Refs" program. (Fall, Winter or Spring)

Please contact Fred for more information about the Training.
